un extracto de la charla que dio un abogado especialista en el sector del cannabis respundiendo a unas cuestiones sobre las asociaciones y el iva: la agencia tributaria dice que las cuotas de participacion los socios de cualquier asociacion estan exentas de iva, pero lo que dice la agencia tributaria es que las actividades que se lleven a cabo en la asociacion deben ser actividades civicas, y nos remiten al diccionario de la real academia española, donde nos dice que la definicion de civica no va a reconocer el consumir cannabis, aun que la definicion dice que civica es la actividad relacionada con el civismo, que es el comportamiento respetuoso del ciudadano con las normas de convivencia publica y que civica es aquella actividad que fomenta la relacion entre personas(en lo que yo pienso que el consumo de cannabis en una asociacion entre un circulo cerrado de socios si que es civico ya que fomenta la relacion entre usuarios). al no reconocer el consumo de cannabis como actividad civica la agencia tributaria dice que las actividades que no sean civicas y se realizen dentro de la asociacion deben estar sujetas a iva.por tanto la agencia tributaria te dice que pages iva, pero no establece nunca lo que hay que pagar. po tanto hay asociaciones que pagan un 21% otras un 15% otras un 10% y otras no pagan.

The High Times Cannabis Cup has been held in Amsterdam for the past 25 years and is known as the most important cannabis competition in the world. Earlier this year Amsterdam was still fighting the new Dutch legislation which would introduce the weed pass, a measure that would ban tourists from the city's coffeeshops where marijuana can be smoked legally. Several weeks ago the mayor of Amsterdam announced that the weed pass would not be implemented in Amsterdam, so the High Times Cannabis Cup will continue to flourish in the years ahead.
