Trying to HELP!!! a friend........K deficiency possibly

This is my friends plant. It grew very nicely all summer. No stress in any visual way all summer. Then now 5/6 weeks in flower this is what she looks like. I noticed this few weeks back and told him to flush well and then his normal feed on next watering. The problem still kept up and we are now at this point. This was only on one side as there are two main shoots coming from base in ground.

Now the other half is staring to wilt. I also noticed that the base of the plant is soft and deteriorating rotted pretty much.

Any help at this point would be great.

PS. the leaf tips are brown but don`t crumble off like a dry dead leaf. it`s weird, like rubbery thick kinda feel

well the color on my screen makes me think those leaves seem rotten, could it be some kind of fungus shrooms or something like that?

Well we just got over 100mm or rain on the weekend so I think she got a good flush. I`m making him a tea with Guano, Kelp and few other things, to try and help him out a bit. I`ll add a little Silicate at the end and he should be good. ....fingers crossed.
