Today i have some lucky i got some fine metal for future forge protects. Balls now i can't use in my forge, but i take it on future, maybe in some day i will have additional tools for working with it. In this case no need any money on metal. But i think it was hardened to high on factory. And final results from this is it is a question now. But it is best for trying as for me.

Wine 2,2 euro price.  This quality for me not high. But i try buying wines not for regular drinking and some wine as always better bit, some is not. Very bad products i try to avoid. This time bit many water in wine. Hope they have enough peoples who interested this wine.

Soon here will be more cold weather and i decided cut some part of grape on wine. It is one all traminer and some part of merlot from one bush. Also 2 photo cabernet here some part is done for harvest now, but grape still need some time to final conditions.

Today i buy 2 bucket on 33l for grape fermentation. I don't know really this buckets safety or not but it is one of the best solution here today. I will keep this buckets in water some time before using to water I added vinegar i have 0,5L from grape and maybe 200 ml from shop. I think bad plastic anyway here. It is give gloss.I hope I have 1-2 week for keeping in water with vinegar, because this buckets is looks toxic for me now.

I made some first time botteling in this year and have some really interesting stuff. Most interesting as for me now is my first merlot wich is grew now on andros roots. Now it is like syrop from some black barriers,  very tasty with high natural sweet. I don't added sugar to this wine. Alcohol content is not high maybe but color is very deep and no precipitate in bottom as regular in wine. Also i already try wine from chaselas white acid bit high but inside wine opening with deep tropical tones. Traminer rose is also very good in this year very good flavour and taste with flowers notes deep taste also.

 

I think white mold on the surface of the wine is not a bad sign. And wine is not fermented on dry through some natural enzymes. I already have some like this with cherry-babana wine, but it was bad expirience this time but wine like this is possible anyway I think.

 

savingon blanc in this year with acid and good amount of alcohol. some like lemon vodka with round aftertasteng. I think pinot gris 

one of the last grape strains wich must be good to grow in my location. Rkaciteli also possible but pinot gris more interesting as for me.

Fresh savingon blanc. but it is some clone, pure savingon blanc is green. I have 6 bottles + 2L with precipitate in this year. and some small 0.5L not full glass will be tottaly brown with oxigen in this case. taste is simple almost like I say before but for hard drinking this wine is very good. taste is very different to how the wine looks. But also it is not deprived of its own charm except acids. maybe some woody notes in aftertasting or some like this. Also maybe for better result on drinking who need this possible make 2 different wine from this grape one from fresh juice other from skins with sugar, for this grape it is not bad solution in mostly case but for me all this not so important. year after year I try try get something better from full berries but it is almost like a vodka and acid is high, but in some year still possible something better. with 2 different wines acids will be more low in every wine and taste must be more clear and in this case. when in white wine alcohol amount more than 12% in mostly case alcohol feels in wine very high. here maybe 14% or even more plus acids and like real vodka on drinking, but of cource still very different. I don`t drink any pure vodka, for me it is don`t have any sense. One bottle of this savingon now and I will be absolutely out. Maybe just only sleeping after and nothing more. bit mariguana to this and out will be very hard and special. some like this was here before with this savingon wines.

Cabernet savingon this year is dry. in flavour more berry notes than in merlot, merlot more milky on this stage. taste is fine but with some small amount of acids, now wine possible for drinking but later must be better. Color is very deep and dark like for this grape. same like last merlot almost. Alcohol content is not small maybe 13-14%. Hope later will be fine wine with red berry notes in taste. I know before this grape don`t get maybe 1-2 weeks of warm weather in this year, but results is anyway fine. merlot for example is done for harvest on 1-2 weeks erlier and on andros roots can be done even 1-2 weeks more earlier. cabernet bit more late grape. in this year it was important. I don`t know what regulat roots in my cabernet and merlot maybe "5ББ" or "СО-4" most part of my grapes is not on own roots. For flavours it is not best solution but this grapes enough healty. on my regular roots in wine grapes branches in mostly case looks more better to winter than on andros, but on andros merlot is not die in winter also. as my opinion green mass on andros is more low but quality of berries is very different on harvest.  I can`t say what is really better for sure for all wine because I like dry wines. But quality melrot on andros is very high and rich with this sweetnes, maybe just alcohol amount is not high maybe only 10% and not more I can`t say absolutely for sure, other merlot I don`t try yet. maybe best solution is mixing merlot from different roots who know.
