    I have read about that in the past. And i thought it was like this: If the herma is genetical so she grew into a herm without stress the offspring will be herm aswell when it pollinates itself. When the herm pollinates a female plant the offspring will be around 50% herm. Also said that when a fully female plant (xx-chromosome) goes into herm so not genetical but due stress the offspring will be female. So i would pull the herm when genetical. Hope it was helpfull.     Hello everyone! Its been a while that i was around on the forums but back again to share my breeding project. I have 10 seeds Manga Rosa (Reg) and 10 seeds Colombian Gold (Reg) and 2 seeds of The Church (Fem) going on. Got the Manga Rosa and Colombian Gold from a Brazilian friend. Hoping they will germ all..... The plan is too keep the Manga Rosa and Colombian Gold clean to keep the strains. Then i want to try to cross both with The Church to see what happens. Its my first breeding project so fingers crossed. Pics and more will be posted later on. Peace!

    This is the last update before harvest. All the plants are flushed and i took of most of the leaves without resin. Unfortunatly i found 2 top buds with mold on the Doctor this was caused by a broken sensor for temprature/humidity on my climate control unit. The humidity went to much up. I had a busy period so i saw it too late and i could only save 50% of those buds. The rest of the plants doesnt have any mold. Latest pictures are uploaded to my gallery and there will be more soon after harvest. Money Maker & The Doctor / Group & Bud Porn 53 total images Last: Today, 11:03 AM Peace

    I use the Powder Feeding on my test grow against Plagron. And its working great and easy to use. Good concentration so not much needed to get good ec value. I use mostly indica. The powder feeding is a good product which really can compete with other feeding lines. Would love to see some more of your test. Have a good test! Peace

Purpose of Strain Hunters

Our planet is home to millions of species of animal and plants with their own habitat, and each plays a unique role in the perfect design of nature. Unfortunately many species of plants and animals are victim of uncontrolled human development. The sole intent of Strain Hunters is to identify, locate and retrieve cannabis landraces that have not yet been studied, in order to give scientists and doctors the possibility to further enhance knowledge of the cannabis plant in the medicinal field.


Preservation of Landraces

Cannabis, one of the most ancient plants known to man, used in every civilisation all over the world for medicinal and recreational purposes, is facing a very real threat of extinction. One day these plants could be helpful in developing better medications for the sick and the suffering. We feel it is our duty to preserve as many cannabis landraces in our genetic database, and by breeding them into other well-studied medicinal strains for the sole purpose of scientific research.

Cannabis should not be illegal


One of the goals of the United Nations, published years ago in official reports, was to wipe out the cannabis plant from the face of the earth by the year 2010. In reality this is far from being achieved, because man keeps using the cannabis plant for religious, medicinal and recreational purposes no matter what the law says. Most cultures cannot comprehend how a plant can be made illegal. In most people’s perception, plants and animals stand above a status of legality or illegality, they just exist in a higher design of nature that goes beyond human laws and regulations.

Nevertheless most governments of cannabis- producing countries are implementing drastic measures to destroy crops. Dangerous chemicals are sprayed over fields and over the farmers themselves in most of the third world countries, and the poorest people of the planet are the ones paying the highest price for cultivating a plant that does not kill. But in the economy of scale, where demand dictates supply, the poorest people of the planet have no choice but to cultivate cannabis as a cash crop to feed their children and send them to school. Communities that are isolated in remote areas in the poorest regions of the planet are often the keepers of very special landraces.
