I converted my 400 watt to digital lumatech as well as my 1000 watt to digital lumatech. Bought ducting fan and filter and a raptor 6 reflector. Are you growing in the white buckets? If so you should paint the outside black or put some black plastic around it. Your 1000w monster will penetrate it and green out your roots. I just want to say that I got these seeds through a third party due to international monetary issues ? anyhow bottom line is I dont even know for certain these are ghsc seeds. All five el nino failed to germinate, so I sprouted the rest of my train wreck. Also the medium I chose is really without nutrients so the first week they just got water, second week I went to my old stand by fox farm grow big which has a npk of 6-4-4. They have really started to take off the past 9 days. Experienced growers will be able to see one of my train wreck plants has a strange growth pattern to it and is not keeping up with the others (single plant shot in white container). I am going to let it go as long as it doesnt become a bother. Temp and humidity are in check I also cranked the lamp up to 1000 watts at day 14, using 110,000 lumens mh hid. I know my grow area is basic and not as pretty or steril as many on here but it is all I have to work with. Also I havent painted the white buckets yet, chicken wire is to keep the carpet shark out, she likes to munch on greens. Bam-Bhole Posted October 7, 2012 Share Posted October 7, 2012 A bitch to jear that the EL INO id not come out. Did they crack open at all ? Probably somehing went wrong on the transport or torae. Contact your supplier if you haven't. the El nino is probably a very good strain, but coincidently my El Nino seed did not make it out of the soil as well. Was part of an INDICA mix. They all sprouted but somehow only 3 from 5 Himalaya Gold, Big Bud and best of all the White Widow made it to harvest. Probably planted too deep.Whatever you go a bunch of nice seedlings there. Had them soaking in water at the proper temp like the rest of the seeds so I dono. I live in the states, luckily I have a dear friend across the water that ordered ghsc through his normal supplier because of some monetary issues. The OG kush and apple jack were bonus seeds that came free with purchase. Pics include a fore mentioned carpet shark as well as nutrients, bulb info and a picture of a test clone. I trimmed the bottom set of branches and leaves from each plant after I took these photos. Some of the plants show signs of slight over feeding as I dosed em pretty heavy the last 2 feeds. The train wreck in the white container off to the side has caught up well, it has a different growth pattern from the rest of the plants and appears to have a flat stem. I am starting to think it may be like the leaf plants Franco was showing us in one of the hunting episodes that never buds lol..? These pics are day 13 of 12/12 cycle. Have been watering every other day, sometimes every 3 days. have switched over to the cha ching nute(see above pics). Gotta order some bud candy this week. SLH are looking like christmas trees, aroma is awesome!! Going to wrap white buckets in black plastic this week as well. Have been triming/manicuring to ensure bud sites get full light and have almost completed loli popiing. OH yeah all 10 are females!! Any contructive feedback as always is welcome. I dont know what to do other than tie them over gradually or top them and I dont want to top them. I only have about 16 inches left to raise light . Starting to develop trichomes nicely. Nazareth 225 Posted November 11, 2012 Author Share Posted November 11, 2012 Pics are day 28 of flowering.(yestrerday) temp got hot in room for 2 days. also had light exposure in the night cyle. day/night temp difference is 12 degrees. The train wreck with the X is the plant that was growing strange at begining and is in white bucket. I think I waited to long to black out the container as the top leaves are curling up. Also some of the tips of the leaves on most plants have a yellow tip. I gave them a shot of super thrive yesterday as i was thinking this would be a mineral defficiency? Also cut 2 holes in my bedroom door for intake and exhaust as the smell was getting bad with door open. Bought a self watering system at local shop[ they dont have any real drip systems in store and infact dont even carry any pumps, only air pumps, strange huh. I am watering them every other day now 4-5 16 oz cups. I let them go 3 days no water and two plants showed wilting on lower leaves and since I will be in the Dam for 3 days I need somethjing to water. The watering system out put is included it seems with 2 drippers per plant it will put out 8.1 oz (4.05 oz twice a day within 12 minutes). This should keep them alive I think. I plan on soaking the medium before I leave next saturday for the Dam. As the growth pattern etc the tain wreck is a bushy plant with not many trichomes yet. the SLH big ass sativas,2 plants are nice, one is awesome and not too tall, and one not so much. OG kush is nice indica tons of trichomes as is the slh. The apple jack is awesome. Funny just a freebee seed form company but is awesome plant. the aroma is tied with the SLH and man the slh is nice. I am settting up oasis system now it fell off the table and almost took out 2 plants I will post pics later. well I cant upload any more pics it says I only have 929k left ?
