McBud
Thanks guys, plants are doing well, the wss is an astounding strain.Props to the breeders, vigorous and easy in veg. Will be taking two clones today, may just build a quick clone bubbler first.regarding the paranoia, safeguard yourself, remove exif data on your pics, never gps tag, never post a pic with clear fingerprint or identifiable marks like tattoos.download yourself a browser called tor.I prefer forum hosted uploading as servers are generally safely nestled somewhere legal.im considering running a bootable linux operating system from a 64gb flash drive for all my lesser legal posts and searches.unplug from pc and "normal" os resumes.anyway, conspiracy theories asideTook the lot outside yesterday as the weather was fantasticSadly starting to notice forming seeds, so I had a hermie somewhere.5 days from seedbanks 75 day harvest estimate...still a bit early to chop.On the diy to do list today is lightproofing on the flower cab intakes and the aforementioned clone bubbler...but first this morning, a nice green bud bong
McBud
Turbo jack suspicion of hermie confirmed this weekend, harvested 5 days early to save my wss from bastard seeds The rest looking good, took clones from wss in veg, didnt build a bubbler though,as nothing fits in the silly sized micro cabsWss in flower has started her stretch and is showing preflowers, have added ducting to intake and exhaust for light proofing
nicc1976
Your wss clones do look good I would like to make a little cab they seem handy good for autos as well
McBud
Thank nicc1976,but its the strain that,s just so virile, the plant is growing as if nothing happened...as usualthe micro cabs are nice and in use for a purpose,i intend to move soon and would like to be able to unplug a multiplug, wheel my moms and clones down the passage and pop them on my back seat.unload and unplug on the other side nice and easy. However, lighting is tricky,as is cooling, and nothing fits the cab does do autos well, smaller ones tho,as training autos can be a touchy ordeali built my main cab as a noob guessing sizes of veg flower etc...my cab is too small for a multistrain perpetual,so the micros came into being.i may just scrap my current cab and begin anew with a few years experience behind me
nicc1976
I now what you mean I got the first tent i could a few years back but the bars at the top are not strong so they will not hold my extractor&filter its a DS120 it was the 1 the grow shop man said ive only met 1 grow shop man I trust and he is my friend
McBud
I have yet to get to tents,a friend of mine recently got one and wow,its a really nice grow space, albeit bigger than my entire grow room, but awesome nontheless.WSS clones are satill very young,so i havent seen any yellowing or anything as yet,but it will come.LST'd the crap outa the wss in flower.Tonight i plan to transplant the White Lemon, and possibly the wss in flower, she dries up too quickly for my ligting schedule,it runs 7am to 7pm on,i often only arrive home afer 7,and so miss a watering or risk hermie from cycle interuptions.will post pics this evening
Reaf
why not run your on cycle at night?Otherwise they looking really happy CheersReaf
McBud
basically i stick as close as possible to natural cycles so that i can do maintenance and a full out of cab watering during the day on weekends.no real reason other than that, suppose it also makes light leaks a bit simpler too.will probably flip them when it gets colder at night, just to maintain temps

McBud
A Few updated pics70w hps was not worth the heat issues, almost 3/4 of cfl drop off for twice the heat, and a reflector blocks the led panel Some early bud porn:21 days of flower, not bad for 3 weeksaccidentally bumped the timer switch to on instead of timer and blasted the girls with 24 hours of led for the first day yesterday.packed on crystals on the wss that has been in flower longer and i am noticing yellowing of new growth on the scrog white lemon loving then new pot, topped 2 days ago
McBud
Scrog net really helping with the control...just so much easier. As usual wss is vegging on like the trooper she is.Day 22 wss is starting to get a very sweet smell to her, no distinctive strawberry yet though. McBud
HI Nicc1976Thanks,just cant get enough pics of the led and hps lighting combo, looks amazing. The scrog net was given to me by a friend of mine,i simply fitted it(rather badly) to the pot.there is a sticky for them here:http://forums.strainhunters.com/topic/8016-diy-scrog-pots/#entry124758Started scrog a little late to be honest, and the plant has protested somewhat, leaving her to do her thing now in the last week of stretch. McBud
holy wall of text batman had to reread that one a few times.Organics certainly is a beautiful way of gardening, one that is lost to the rushed nature of modern life.its quicker and easier to fill a res and ph up or down chemical nutes than mixing than nurturing your organic soil over months before you even consider planting in it.Once organics is dialed in its fantastic, but it requires a good understanding of soil biology and a lot of patience to do correctly.Reaf is one of the few examples i have seen that takes organic growing to where it should be,feeding the soil, and the soil in turn feeds your plants.
nicc1976
I have had some soil cooking for 2 mouths do 1 more month and should be ready my brother has allotment were we grow veg but he will not use blood or bone meal nor bat guano he say how can bat poo and blood and bone be organic when they scare the bars out of there caves and they dont come back not very mother earth sobim staying with his idea peace mcbud
