I hope i have the right beans here now, bit worried knowing Chemdawg is a different strain, but i have a pic of a leaf i took off tonight that is 5 weeks into head, 7 fingers but certain it is a Chemdog. THURSDAY. Posted August 27, 2013 Author Share Posted August 27, 2013 G'Day all its been a tad busy here of late with work, family and partying. Been a few weeks for pics of my girls which will be 6 weeks into flower on Saturday 31st of August and i won't be here for an update so i took a few pics tonight. Some leaf has to come off in the next couple of days and i hope to feed these girls through to Tuesday before giving them a flush again for a week.The smell is overpowering on the Chemdogs and the Northern Lights, and Flyhigh, i am leaving pics of the Kalashnikova and Ex Cheese until the end mate as they will take a little longer to finish. I have some nice sugar appearing on all the plants now and i am looking forward to the next few weeks to come. This weeks water is a little hot for them but the seem to be holding up ok.Anyway, enjoy the few pics i took tonight just before the lights fired up, and i hope to check in over the next few days to try and answer any questions that may arise. Just a quick update, my plants are now 7 weeks into bud, they are not big but will get plenty off them. Took a couple of pics on my phone to show you all as i will be finished at week 9 regardless guys as i have found a new house. The Chemdogs are very frosty and smell terrific, the Kalashnikova is way too leafy for my liking indoor so i will pop the other beans for outdoor this season. I have ordered another 16 beans of the chemdog as i like the look of them.Everyone i know has the white widow, SLH, big bud, painkiller etc etc so i might stick with these for a while, something different and my misso cant wait to taste these. Here's a little info about green house's chemdog, the guy's at green house obtained the genetic's from brett from apocarthy genetic's so it is the same version that is popular all throughout the state's. thing is the strain chemdawg was originally discovered by a breeder who goes by the name chemdog and he named the strain after himself called it chemdawg, I think when Green housed named the strain chemdog instead of chemdawg it was a way of showing respect not only to the dude's that gifted them the cut but as well as a shout out to the original breeder or at least that's my take but the reason i think that is because the breeder chemdog is really a legend in the breeding community he has worked a number of strain's that have became huge staple's in many a breeding project's no to mention that the strain chemdawg is responsible for some of today's most notable strain's. here is some info on crosses made from the strain chemdawg:• 'OG Kush' (the original cut) came from an s1 from in a bag of '91 Chemdawg in the Lake Tahoe area in 1996.• 'Sour Diesel' aka ECSD came from an accidental cross of ('91 Chemdawg x Mass Super Skunk/NL)x DNL after the DNL hermed and seeded the room. The DNL's lineage is NL/Shiva x Hawaiian.• Original Diesel' (also known as Diesel #1, Headband, Daywrecker Diesel, Underdawg) came from a cross of '91 Chemdawg x (Mass Super Skunk x Sensi's Northern Lights) done by a guy known as ‘weasel’and here are few other strain's that were specifically developed by chemdog and his close friend's• 'chemdog' and friends made several crosses that are held closely by a small group of friends and acquaintances. I squeezed 9 weeks of flowering into these girl but due to lack of time i have had to pull them.I took some pics to show you and will put some more pics up of the dried fruits.Did get some nice buds off the plants but relocated the Excedus Cheese for another 2 weeks.Chemdogs look great but i will make shortbread biscuits out of the entire Kalashnikova.Enjoy the pics until next time.....THURSDAY....
